Construction of a new mixed-use residential complex, called ‘The Fountains’, has started on the site of former Rodopa meat processing plant site in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria. In the next 30 months, 22 four-story residential blocks will be built on a 3.4 ha. The complex will have a 25 m swimming pool, sports fields, kindergarten, restaurant with 120 seats, mini golf course and sports hall.
